What started as a conversation between friends...

ScalePods began with a conversation between two friends who had spent years solving different sides of the same business problem.

Adnan came from years of leading high-performing sales teams, where he saw firsthand how much time was lost to repetitive tasks. Teams were spending countless hours on prospecting, follow-ups, manual CRM updates, and operational overhead instead of focusing on what they did best: building relationships and closing business.

Raunak, with years of experience in product management, technology, and business growth, had been thinking about the same challenge from a different perspective. As businesses scaled, he saw teams adding more people before fixing inefficient business processes.
